Donations to cause are tax deductible

TEAM Maclean is the participation-based fundraising brand of the John Maclean Foundation, which was founded by legendary wheelchair athlete John Maclean.

Maclean was the first wheelchair athlete to complete the Hawaii Ironman in 1997. He was the first Australian and only wheelchair athlete to be inducted into the Ironman Hall of Fame.

Through the provision of items such as new wheelchairs, computers and education assistance, surgery, musical instruments, vehicle and house modifications, the foundation enables the children and their families to work towards a better future and provide the impetus for the children to achieve their own goals on their own terms.

The John Maclean Foundation is a registered charity (CFN Registration 11169) and all donations to the foundation in excess of $2 are fully tax deductible.

Terry and Brian ask that payments be made by cheque and made out to “The John Maclean Foundation”.

Cheques or cash should be posted or left at the Western Advocate, 163 George St, Bathurst, 2795.

Receipts will be returned by mail.
