Fatality on Boundary Road

A 31-YEAR-OLD Victorian man died in a single car crash in Bathurst last night.

The man died about 11.30pm on Wednesday after the car he was driving left Boundary Road and hit a tree near the intersection with Hinton Road.

A 23-year-old local woman who was travelling in the passenger seat was treated at Bathurst Hospital but later allowed to leave.

Police from Chifley Local Area Command are preparing a report for the Coroner.
