Kelly Eldridge, 32, formerly of Simmons Place, Kelso, now in custody, pleaded guilty to two matters relating to the supply of a prohibited drug, including supply greater than a commercial quantity.
The plea was heard before visiting Magistrate Zdenkowski on Monday, with Eldridge appearing via AVL.
Eldridge was represented by Shane Cunningham, who said his client agreed to the facts, and entered a plea of guilty to sequence three and five [supply matters] on the basis that other matters against Eldridge would be withdrawn and dismissed.
Mr Zdenkowski ordered a pre-sentence report be made, and committed the matter for sentence in Bathurst District Court on February 4, 2013.
Eldridge did not apply for bail, which was formally refused by Mr Zdenkowski.
