Raymond John Woods, now 66, will be sentenced on June 30 in the Downing Centre on 21 charges.
He appeared before Judge King in the District Court, Downing Centre on Thursday.
Judge King lifted the suppression order which had been in place since Woods’ first appearance in Bathurst Local Court.
However, a non-publication order exists on the names of the complainants and anything that might identify them.
Woods was charged with two counts of sex assault (category 4) indecent assault person under 16 and under authority; 16 counts of homosexual intercourse teacher of pupil aged between 10 and 18; sexual assault (category 3) person under 16 years of age.
He faced further counts of homosexual intercourse with male aged 10 to 18 and gross indecency by male with male under 18.
The charges relate to offences which occurred between 1983 and 1989 while Woods was working as a teacher and housemaster at The Scots School in Bathurst.
While sentencing was originally set down for Thursday, Judge King adjourned the matter until June 30. Woods was refused bail and will reappear on that date before the District Court at Sydney Downing Centre.
