A MAN accused of making two serious threats against Simplot’s Kelso plant last year has made an application to have the matter heard under a Section 32 (mental health).

Bradley Michael Luke Glawson, of Keefe Close is charged with making a bomb threat by phone against the Kelso industrial site in October last year.
As a result of the threat the factory was evacuated for an hour as emergency services searched the area.
The company lost an estimated $250,000 as a result of the hoax.
Glawson, 41, is also accused of sending a letter containing white powder to the same plant in September 2013.
The matter, which was mentioned before magistrate Michael Allen in Bathurst Local Court on Tuesday, has been adjourned until June 24 for the Section 32 application to be heard.
