At Dedicated to Fitness we want to give everyone the chance to feel what it's like to ride the Tour de France with Mark Renshaw. For the fifth year running, we will be holding the Tour de D2F Yellow Jersey competition.
For the three weeks of the Tour de France members who participate in an RPM Cycling Class will be on the Leaders' Board. The winner will be the person who participates in the most amount of RPM cycling classes over the 22 days of the Tour. We have men’s and women’s categories and if you can only ride in the morning or afternoon we have the AM POLKADOT jersey and the PM GREEN jersey to be contested. Stop making excuses, there are plenty of opportunities with 13 RPM cycling classes per week and a total of 22 days, that’s a whopping 40 classes.
If you are thinking about getting fitter and would like to get involved in the Tour de D2F call in and talk to us about long- or short-term membership, we have something to suit you. Along with RPM we have a total of 78 Group Fitness Classes with a large open weights floor and huge cardio area, and even an indoor heated pool. Check our website for more details on D2Fand of course the Tour de D2F.
