Mrs Thomas took her three day class to the Mitchell Conservatorium lunch time concert held in the church at 1pm.
The children had been studying musical instruments in class and enjoyed the live experience.
All the children were delighted with the different sounds they heard and their favorite instrument on the day was the double bass.
Some reported the music sounding scary or sad, while other pieces performed on the morning had them dancing between the pews and using the cushions as makeshift drums.
Back in class the students were able to look and touch a violin and other instruments that were used in the concert.
This visit was part of their sound, emotions and music experience learning.
