The matters against Donna Piper, aged 41, of Durham Street, Bathurst were heard in Bathurst Local Court on Monday.
Police facts tendered to the court told how on May 23 this year police applied for and were granted a search warrant on Piper’s Durham Street residence after receiving information from the public.
When they arrived at the property they spoke to Piper and asked if she had anything she wanted to declare to police. She led them to the master bedroom where police located a medium-sized resealable bag with green vegetable matter inside.
Piper admitted owning the drugs and told police she supplied another man on a regular basis. The green vegetable matter weighed 22.5 grams.
On the possession of a prohibited drug matter Magistrate Michael Allen imposed a Section 10A, while on the supply of a prohibited drug matter Piper was placed on a Section 9 bond for 12 months.
