On Wednesday they will gather at Mount Panorama for a media call, organised by sponsors Castrol Edge before a mayoral reception for the team at the National Motor Racing Museum. There is also a gala dinner in the Pit Complex at Mount Panorama.
They have a full book on Thursday, including visits to Bathurst Public School and Cathedral School in the morning.
From 2.30pm to 4pm there is an open training session at Ashwood Park, with the chance to meet the team and get up close to the coveted Bledisloe Cup.
The Wallabies play the New Zealand All Blacks in Sydney on August 16.
