Six of the players were treated to a tour of the track by Bathurst 1000 winner Russell Ingall and Mark Winterbottom.
Bathurst mayor Gary Walsh welcomed the team to Bathurst saying the occasion was one of iconic significance.
"To think that we are standing on Mount Panorama this morning, having the iconic Wallabies here and of course our special V8 Supercar drivers," he said.
"It is great to see here in Bathurst."
Australian coach Ewen Mckenzie said the team was very proud and pleased to be in Bathurst.
"We have just enjoyed the experience of of Mark and Russell showing us around Mount Bathurst," he said.
"This is an iconic place in Australia, an iconic sporting place and us as Wallabies are proud to be here."
