Jefferson Douglas Vukotic, aged 22, of Stack Street in Windradyne, appeared in person and unrepresented before magistrate Michael Allen in Bathurst Local Court.
Police facts tendered to the court told how in the early hours of May 31 this year Vukotic was in his backyard yelling expletives at his neighbours and threatening to kill them.
It is alleged he threw something at the fence separating the houses, causing a loud banging noise.
Police were called and as they were speaking to the neighbour, Vukotic walked out of his house and again started yelling abuse. When police approached Vukotic he became aggressive towards them.
Police gave Vukotic the opportunity to come outside but he refused, so they entered the property and arrested him.
Mr Allen convicted Vukotic on the stalk and intimidate matter, placing him on a Section 9 Bond for 12 months.
