More than 500 people attended the awards ceremony at the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre.
They were welcomed like movie stars by the paparazzi and settled in for an entertaining evening.
Bathurst Business Chamber president Angus Edwards said all the winners were worthy recipients.
More than 300 businesses were nominated for the Crowe Horwath Carillon Business Awards and 76 finalists were selected, including the 19 winners announced on the night.
Mr Edwards said one of the highlights of the evening was the address by finance commentator Ross Greenwood.
He said there was spirited bidding during the charity auction and Aaron Hopper and the Blue Note Jazz Club provided some wonderful entertainment.
