Brothers Matthew Coleman, 30, of Broadbeach, and Tom Coleman, 26, of Mermaid Waters, were charged following an incident at a gig at the university in July 2012.
The matter went to hearing in Bathurst Local Court last December before magistrate Michael Allen.
Matthew Coleman was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, common assault and affray, while Tom was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray.
The matter was part heard in December 2013 and adjourned until last week, when both men appeared before Mr Allen in Bathurst Local Court.
They were found not guilty of both charges, which were dismissed by Mr Allen.
The brothers, popular DJs, form the band Bombs Away and boast millions of views on their YouTube hits Super Soaker and Big Booty B*****s.
At their first court appearance in 2012, both pleaded not guilty to the charges against them, which police alleged occurred after a bouncer at the bar told a young woman sitting on the shoulders of a man to get down for safety reasons.
During the hearing last year, the bouncer told the court that after he told the young woman to get down, one of the DJs said into the microphone “for everyone to get on somebody’s shoulders” followed by “[expletive] security”.
It was alleged the situation escalated. The bouncer told police he was squirted in the eye with champagne from the stage. When he grabbed the front of the shirt of one of the DJs to tell him to stop it, he allegedly felt a blow to the left side of his face, causing him to fall and pull the DJ on the ground with him.
The bouncer further alleged he was then punched in the left eye.
During the hearing last year the bouncer said that following the brawl, one of the DJs got on the microphone and said: “[expletive] security, this is how we roll.”
