FREE-TO-AIR channels SBS and Southern Cross Ten will be changing frequencies in Bathurst today.
This retune only affects viewers receiving their television signal from the Bathurst EastTower.
Viewers in the Central West and Central Tablelands retuned on September 3.
These moves are part of a national retune program that will free-up broadcasting spectrum for new services such as mobile broadband.
After channels have changed, viewers will need to retune their digital television, set-topbox or digital television recorder to find the channels that have moved.
Retuning should not be done until after 3.30pm today as channels won't move until then.

And now in regional news:
THE prevalence of the drug ice in Orange and other regional areas is taking second place to the impact of alcohol on the community, according to Orange-based drug and alcohol experts.
A MEETING will take place tomorrow night to discuss what organisers say are the radioactive risks of mining at the proposed Toongi rare earth mine. The meeting has been organised by Uranium Free NSW, an organisation that has grave concerns about the project.
THE rejection of the amended Coalpac proposals for coal mines at Cullen Bullen by the Planning Assessment Commission will be damaging for the Lithgow economy. NSW Minerals Council CEO Stephen Galilee has said.
7.15AM
ANOTHER service station is simply not needed in Kelso, according to local man Nicholas Bullock, who is among the residents opposed to a development application before council.
If the application is approved, the Bill Dando Finer Cars site on the corner of the Great Western Highway and Boyd Street will be demolished to make way for a 7-Eleven service station and convenience store.
COUNCILLOR Bobby Bourke’s push for a street parade to mark Bathurst’s bicentenary next year appears doomed. When Cr Bourke raised the issue at Bathurst Regional Council’s last meeting, mayor Gary Rush told him no street parade had been planned – but said there would be elements of a parade.
Stone Pine Distillery, in conjunction with Goldfields Honey on the Mitchell Highway, have produced a new liqueur to join their extensive locally-produced range. Their new Honey Liqueur was released over the Bathurst 1000 weekend.
