The annual Kids Flix event is held nationally to allow children with disabilities, including juvenile arthritis, to have a "day out of the ordinary" with their family or carer.
At Bathurst's event on Saturday morning, 217 moviegoers watched Planes: Fire and Rescue at Metro Cinemas.
Bathurst Support Group of Arthritis and Osteoporosis of NSW co-ordinator Doris Bornemann said the event was a wonderful success.
"For many years members of the group and friends have had the opportunity to help out with the ticketing, handing out of the popcorn and drink and to welcome the families," she said.
