The 20-year-old went missing from his parents’ Belrose home about 8pm on October 20 and has not been seen since.
Chifley Local Area Command police started a search of Kanangra-Boyd National Park after Mr Simonian’s car was found at the Kanangra Walls Road car park on October 24.
A NSW Police media spokesperson said yesterday searchers remain focused on waterways, canyons and steep ridges in the national park.
“It’s within a three kilometre radius of the car park where the missing person’s vehicle was found,” the spokesperson said.
