Schumacher, who has been in red hot form of late, went into her event as a warm favourite and, after her first round bye, was barely troubled in the remaining matches.
She won her second round match 6-0 6-1 over Alex Harbridge, and followed that by producing a virtuoso performance in her next round against Ebony Gaal, winning 6-1 6-1.
She lined up against Matina Ujdur in the semi-final, and the Bathurst player made sure she killed off the likelihood of a contest with a near flawless first set which she took out 6-0.
Ujdur picked things up in the second but still went down 6-3 to give Schumacher a shot at another trophy to add to her growing collection.
She faced fifth-seeded Anastasia Berezov in the decider and was at her best once more, claiming another convincing win 6-2 6-2.
Berezov did get some revenge in the doubles final where she and partner Kristina Stojkovic took on Schumacher and Kelsey Lewis.
In a close contest befitting a final, the two sets were split leading to a super tie-breaker, which Berezov and Stojkovic took out 10-7.
“Grace was very convincing all the way through and it really wasn’t a surprise to see her take it out,” tournament co-ordinator Andrew Mitton said.
“There were some other good results as well for the local players. Taylor Brasier managed a really good win in the first round of her girls’ under 12s competition. That was her first win in the main draw at one of these tournaments.
“Sam Burrow and her partner made it through to the semi-finals of the girls’ under 14s doubles as well.
“In a lot of the cases with the Bathurst players they were having their first start at this level and they went out in the first round, but it was good to see that they got pretty close in their losses.”
Across the other divisions, Mitton pointed to Connor Johnson, who took out the boys’ under 14s competition, as a major standout to watch in the future.
The next major event for the Bathurst Tennis Centre will be in two weeks when the NSW Under 12s Championships are held for the 40 leading boy and girl players in the state.
