The wineries, my girl has a great time when we go to Margaret River. And the food, we’ve had great food there – the venison, we went to that venison farm, wow – I really like it there.

I love Margaret River because it’s like going on a true Australian adventure. I love the stunning cliffs, beaches, the vineyards and the beautiful local artisans who make everything from fresh breads to lavender body products. The wineries exceeded all my expectations, especially the lesser-known smaller spots that make you feel like you’re walking into a scene from a children’s storybook.

I like to go for a morning surf before the sun even comes up, getting a little bit scared thinking there’s some big fish out there, and then coming in from great little surf and warming up with a good coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon, yep, that’s my favourite part about Margaret River.
