He recently put his hair on the chopping block for the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave.
Mr Feltham has supported this event for the past eight years, stepping up to shave his head every second year.
This year he had a substantial pony tail to farewell, and he was more than happy to do so for such a good cause.
“I’m being brave and shaving. I’m doing it for the kids,” he said before the big day.
His shave took place on Thursday, April 9 at O’Shea’s Barber Shop, where Mr Feltham was surrounded by several community support workers.
They offered him valuable support as the big shave took place and he was still smiling when it was over.
In the lead-up to the big day, Mr Feltham had been fundraising for the Leukaemia Foundation online. This page is still up and running, accepting donations on his behalf.
His goal is to raise $2000 to be donated to the cancer charity, and he is very appreciative of every contribution made.
