Even the Netball World Cup trophy got in on the act.
More than 560 netballers from all over the Central West took to the Bathurst netball courts over the weekend for the carnival.
A total of 56 teams travelled from Blayney, Lithgow, Cowra, Forbes, Dubbo, Mount Druitt, Lake Cargelligo, Orange, Parkes, Goulburn, Condobolin, Dunedoo and Mudgee.
Bathurst Netball Association publicity officer Kirsty Ridley said creating the human number was a way of promoting netball in Bathurst and getting the local kids thinking about Bathurst's bicentenary.
All the Bathurst clubs were also sporting temporary 200 tattoos.
One of the highlights of the day was a special appearance by the Netball World Cup trophy, accompanied by Nettie the mascot.
Competitors were keen to take a close look at the cup and have their photo taken with it.
The Netball World Cup will be hosted by Netball Australia at Olympic Park in Sydney from August 7-16 this year.
Unusually, all the games will be played in the one location, so spectators can see everything in the one place.
Sixteen nations will be competing and Australia will be aiming to defend its title.
A spokesperson said the world cup trophy will travel more than 25,000 kilometres, stopping off at regional communities along the way.
"Hopefully an 11-year-old playing here today will one day be a Diamond and remember this day," she said.
"I am certain there are some future superstars here today."
