The Baby Bulls face one of the toughest tasks in under 20 country rugby to even progress to Sunday’s final when they take on perennial heavyweights Newcastle-Hunter in tomorrow’s campaign opener.
“I’ve heard Newcastle-Hunter has had a massive preparation too,” Norris, one of Orange Emus’ three representatives, said.
“They’ll be tough, everyone knows they’re always a very good side. But we’re pretty strong too. We’ve been training for a while and are coming together well.”
Former Orange City gun Billy Freeman is listed to line up on the side of the scrum for Newcastle-Hunter.
The winner of Central West’s clash with Newcastle-Hunter will take on the winner of Central Coast and Central North, to decide the 2015 Rowlands Cup.
