Sarah Jane Bird, 33, of Bannerman Crescent appeared before magistrate Michael Allen in Bathurst Local Court on Monday, charged with destroy or damage property.
Police facts tendered to the court revealed how on November 28 last year, Bird went into the backyard of her Bannerman Crescent home and picked up a brick. She then ran out the front of her house and to nearby Kable Close, where she stood out the front of a house and threw a brick at a window beside the door, smashing the glass.
No one was home at the time.
Two days later Bird went to Bathurst Police Station and made full admissions to Bathurst Police regarding the incident.
Mr Allen convicted Bird, fined her $600 and ordered her to pay $228.46 compensation to the Department of Housing. At the time of the offence Bird was on a good behaviour bond for an earlier high-range PCA offence. Mr Allen ordered no action be taken in relation to the breech.
