In the second half of 2014 Mr Cobb spent $3193.63 on flags for his electorate.
The figures were released in the Department of Finance’s report on six monthly expenditure on entitlements from July 1 to December 31 2014.
In August 2014 an amount of $185.45 was claimed for the purchase of Australian flags, and in November 2014 a further $3008.18 was claimed.
Mr Cobb said this year’s Centenary of Anzac celebrations brought an influx of requests for flags from schools and organisations who wanted to take part in the commemorations.
“I was delighted to be able to assist under the flag entitlements provided by the Federal Government,” Mr Cobb said.
“This was obviously an extremely important event across the electorate, and indeed the country, and a greater than usual number of requests were received,” Mr Cobb said.
Mr Cobb also spent $28,613.37 on printing and communications between July 2014 and December 2014,
An amount of $6832.34 was claimed for the six months prior.
There was a lot of time spent travelling, with $11,605 claimed in parliamentary travel allowance from July 1 2014 to December 31 and $3601 claimed for travel before July 1.
Domestic airfares totalled $2611.52 between July and December and $1081.61 during the six months prior.
Mostly Mr Cobb used his private car for getting around, with $16,594.84 claimed in the second half of the year and $1440.02 in the first half of the year.
An amount of $4120.96 was spent on Commonwealth cars in the latter part of last year and $732.29 in the first half.
Between July 1 and December 31 2014, $77,049 was claimed for office facilities, and $3215.95 for office facilities between January and July.
Mr Cobb claimed just over $10,000 for office consumables and services in 2014 and spent $2002.94 on publications.
The federal member’s telecommunications usage for the 12 month period was $3587.70 and official residential communications for the same period cost $1014.23.
The report summarised that Mr Cobb’s total expenditure claims between July 1 and December 31, 2014 was $156,846.53 with $18,915.32 claimed for the preceding six months.
