Maxwell James Hill, of Havenhand Way in Bathurst, appeared before magistrate Michael Allen in Bathurst Local Court on August 10.
Police facts tendered to the court told how officers who were patrolling in Dubbo on February 2 pulled over Hill’s green Holden Commodore.
They asked Hill for his driver’s licence and he told them: “I don’t have one ... I’ve never had one.”
A roadside breath test returned a positive result and Hill was arrested and taken to Dubbo Police Station, where a breath test recorded 0.144.
On the charge of never licensed person driving on the road, Mr Allen convicted Hill and fined him $300.
On the mid-range PCA matter, Mr Allen convicted Hill, disqualified him from driving for nine months from August 10, 2015, and placed him on a Section 9 Bond for 12 months.
