Eisteddfod Society president Paula Elbourne said organisers would love to welcome them back.
She said it would be a nice way to celebrate the 70th Bathurst Eisteddfod.
“We would love to see some of the old faces, and we want them to see some of the changes that have occurred,” Ms Elbourne said.
In the meantime, the eisteddfod is rolling on with the speech performances, including voice speaking choirs and dance.
Ms Elbourne said eisteddfod volunteers are gearing up for the big dance weekend this Saturday and Sunday and “are really looking forward to it”.
She added that one of the dancers in one of these troupes is 70 years old.
The adjudicator for the majority of the dance sections is Kieron Kulik and Ms Elbourne said he had been amazing.
“He has been fantastic with the younger children,” she said.
“He is very professional and has such a depth of knowledge of dance techniques.”
Mr Kulik embarked on his professional career at the age of 16, as a leading cast member of Hot Shoe Shuffle.
He has performed in numerous musical theatre productions, including Grease, The Arena Spectacular, Happy Days, The Mega Musical and many more.
The adjudicator has worked alongside artists such as Kylie Minogue, Tina Arena, Caroline O’Connor, Dannii Minogue and Human Nature, as well as performing in various television shows. He is still a regular performer and choreographer.
He says his main passion is working with up-and-coming artists, utilising his knowledge of the industry to help create a generation of hard-working and humble performers.
