In the comic book universe that American producer Greg Berlanti has slowly built for television, with Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and now DC Legends of Tomorrow, it never rains but it pours. Most of the programs in that lineage, some sharing continuity, come with one costumed hero, perhaps two or even three, including guest stars.
