The return passenger rail service, operates seven days, has just six stops plus the option of stopping at Bell on demand only. The two-carriage refurbished Endeavour caters for 190 people.
Cost:
Using a MyTrain ticket: A return journey on the Bathurst Bullet will cost $17.60 for an adult, $8.80 for a child or student and $2.50 for a pensioner.
Using an Opal card:
* seniors, pensioners, concession and students must have the relevant ID to take advantage of the fare.
Weekday Timetable:
The train departs Bathurst at 5.49am and stops at Lithgow, Mount Victoria, Katoomba, Springwood, Penrith, Parramatta before arriving at Central at 9.27am.
The evening train departs Sydney at 5.52pm and stops at Parramatta, Penrith, Springwood, Katoomba, Mount Victoria, Lithgow and Bathurst. The train is scheduled to arrive in Bathurst at 9.35pm.
Weekend Timetable:
The train departs Bathurst at 7.25am and stops at Lithgow, Mount Victoria, Katoomba, Springwood, Penrith, Parramatta before arriving at Central at 11.06am.
The evening train departs Sydney at 5.52pm and stops at Parramatta, Penrith, Springwood, Katoomba, Mount Victoria, Lithgow and Bathurst. The train is scheduled to arrive in Bathurst at 9.35pm.
