Traffic and Highway Patrol Officers were conducting high visibility random drug testing on Booth Street about 11.30am on Thursday when they attempted to stop a silver Ford Fiesta.
It will be alleged the driver failed to stop and police initiated a pursuit before the Ford hit a dirt mound and rolled onto its roof.
The driver, a 20-year-old man, was uninjured in the crash and was arrested at the scene.
Further checks revealed he was unlicensed and a search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered a quantity of the drug ice, scales and cash.
The man was taken to Bathurst police station where he was charged with police pursuit, negligent driving, supplying an indictable quantity of a prohibited drug, dealing with property suspected to be the proceeds of crime, and driving a vehicle on the road having never held a licence.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Bathurst Local Court on Friday.
