It could be a cracking way to get your climb up the leaderboard off to a cracking start in our Brisbane Carnival $250,000 Tournament, as you try to pot that $100,000 first prize.
So what has John found for you?
Race Three in Brisbane is the Group 3 Glenlogan Park Stakes (1350m) for the fillies and mares and Walter believes there are only two winning chances in the race.
The John O’Shea-trained Ghisoni is the $1.85 favourite in the event, with amius from the Chris Waller yard on the second line of betting at $4.60.
Walter told punters in this week’s #AskJohn podcast that the race was clearly a two-horse play and if they stake their bets on those two runners accordingly they should ensure a winning result.
When discussing the Group 1 Doomben 10,000 Walter outlined an interesting approach to the race that is in stark contrast to John McLeod’s suggested play, while also detailing his thoughts on a number of other races of interest.
Hear what Walter had to say in the player below.
