The 15-day festival will be held in and around the central business district with a huge ice-skating rink and ferris wheel to take centre stage.
The festival’s official opening is on Saturday from 4-9pm with the Ignite the Night street party in Kings Parade.
The night’s entertainment features the Illuminate Bathurst light show, along with live music and stalls featuring a wide variety of local food, wine and beers.
YJam Youth will take to the stage and Ronald McDonald and friends will be there from 4.30-6pm.
The ferris wheel will be in operation 9am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Purchase your tickets at the ferris wheel throughout the festival.
