In fact, a number of Star Wars products are high on the list of Santa letters, along with Shopkins toys, Finding Dory games and the Razor Ripsurf.
Bathurst Target store manager Lisa Morrison said even though Christmas is still five months away, kids are already hinting about what they would like from Santa.
And the great news is, many of the most popular items are affordable: Zuru’s Bunch of Balloons, which is in the top 10, is just $12.
With that in mind the store has launched its long-awaited Greatest Toys Imaginable event, with over 140 exclusive to Target toys, as well as 115 new toys for sale.
Ms Morrison said the store is brimming with the latest toys from every child’s wish list, from Lego to Shopkins, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Finding Dory to Star Wars and the iconic Barbie Camper Van.
Among Target’s top 10 toys for 2016 are the Lego Star Wars Tie Fighter, Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn Smart Stages Car.
