Born in Wellington on July 23, 1911, Maud celebrated her special day with family and friends, with a high tea at Opal Aged Care at Kelso.
Her great-grand daughter-in-law, Jenny Stonestreet, who helped organise the event, said Maude is well known around Bathurst having worked in cafes in town.
“She was also a very well known seamstress and made many wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses over the years,”she said.
While not divulging the secrets to a long and healthy life, Mrs Stonestreet said Maud is a non-smoker, non-drinker and a widower since she was 37.
Among those attending the high tea were ladies from Holy Trinity Church.
