The star players were James Lloyd, Damien Press and Phil Church.
James Lloyd first competition at the Eglinton complex and played some brilliant tennis winning all of his four sets 6 - 4, 6-1, 6-3, 6-4.
Saturn's Phil Church was in fine form, winning his four sets 6-0, 6-4, 6-3, 6-1.
Damien Press won all of his four sets 6-1, 6-4, 6-0, 6-4. Press is not to be taken lightly in his up and coming matches.
Jason Honeyman also hit his straps for team Saturn winning three of his four sets 6-1, 6-4, 6-3.
Captain of team Saturn, Garth Hindmarch was in good touch winning three of his four sets 6-0, 6-0, 6-3.
The second match saw team Neptune of Jason Molkentin, Matt Tree, Harry Dang , Graeme Stapleton and David Bant who prevailed over team Jupiter of Rod Schumacher, Kevin Tree, Roger Giles, Jacqui Bicanic and Jacob Bicanic, 6 sets to 4.
The star player was acting captain of team Neptune Jason Molkentin.
Molkentin won four sets 6-4, 6-2, 6-2, 6-3.
A brave victory for team Neptune as one of their players had to retire due to an injured calf muscle.
Stumpy Stapleton retired hurt at a crucial stage of the match.
Molkentin played Eglinton's young gun Matt D Eath.
D Eath was close by and was eager to get onto the court.
Matt didn't let his captain down and played champagne tennis to victory.

The third match with Venus team of Brook Lynch, Les Moulds, Toko Ono, Stacey Markwick and Gideon Roos who defeated a luckless team Uranus of John Bullock, Craig Wilkinson, Colleen Garvey, Barry Lindsay and Barry Hurst, 5 sets all, 48 games to 45.
Winning captain of Venus Stacey Markwick was quite relieved in taking the two points.
