Witnesses phoned police after seeing the car veer of the road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The driver was arrested and taken to Bathurst police station where he was charged with driving with a high-range prescribed concentration of alcohol in his blood.
The driver’s licence was suspended on the spot and he will appear in Bathurst Local Court at a later date.
