The school celebrated Book Week with its annual parade on Wednesday and this year the theme was Australia! Story Country.
Students [and staff] put their own spin on the theme to produce a range of costumes including bushrangers and colonial settlers, four Wiggles, two jars of Vegemite, a couple of Grugs, a bunch of five Bananas in Pyjamas in total, a handful of gumnut children and plenty of Aussie sports stars.
The day also featured visits to the school from Wiradyuri elder Dinawan Djirrbang and published author Jenny Hughes, and a special Australia-themed morning tea and lunch.
