THE Scots School will open its doors on Saturday, giving everyone the chance to come and have a look at the school, which this year celebrated its 70th year in Bathurst.

The open day gets underway at the school grounds at 11am and continues until 2pm and will feature pipe and drum displays, a display from the cadet unit and highland dancers, a visual arts display as well as tours of the boarding house and pre-kindergarten area.
Prospective parents will also have the chance to talk to current parents about the school.
The Boarders Parents and Friends group will also be hosting a barbecue.
Promotions and Enrolments Officer with the school, Lynda Ireland, said this year’s school leaders will be hosting tours of the school, giving people the chance to see its rich history.
