Wyangala sits at 95 per cent of capacity, with 3000 megalitres a day being released from the storage on the weekend. On Monday releases from the dam were increased to 10,000 megalitres a day to increase the space ahead of the predicted downpours.
WaterNSW warned downstream landholders to exercise caution with regard to stock.
