The law firm has been entering a team for the past few years and the group extends to staff, family and friends.
Tim Cain, a solicitor with the firm, said the group entry started out as a challenge between a few friends and has grown into a significant social event on their calendar.
“It’s really built up in the last couple of years and involves up to 20 families; this year we would like to get it up to 100 entries for our group,” he said.
Mr Cain said after the event, the team all enjoy lunch, and the kids also get vouchers for Wishbone Chicken.
And for every entrant in their group, CKM donate $5 to the Men’s Shed.
“Last year we donated $490, this year we’re aiming to make it $500,”he said.
The Edgell Jog is being held on Sunday, September 18, starting at 10.30am.
