NSW Fire and Rescue, paramedics and police rushed to Endurance Court just after 4.30pm after receiving an emergency call.
It is understood the fire began in the kitchen with everyone immediately evacuating the premises.
Fire fighters extinguished the blaze and then began ventilating the house which suffered smoke damage.
Two units from Bathurst fire station a well as the Hazmat unit attended the scene, with police blocking off the entrance of the cul-de-sac.
Paramedics treated occupants of the house at the scene.
Police and emergency services remain at the scene this evening.
