Rose Marie Boney, 33, of Palmer Street, Darlinghurst, had the matters against her heard in Bathurst Local Court before magistrate Michael Allen.
The court heard at 1.30pm on November 2 last year, Boney was pulled over at Kelso after the highway patrol car’s number plate recognition alerted police the car was allegedly reported stolen on October 23.
Police asked for Boney’s driver’s licence but she did not produce it and a further check revealed her NSW licence was suspended.
A breath test produced a negative result and she was subject to an oral fluid test, which gave a positive result to methamphetamine.
She was arrested in relation to drive a conveyance without consent of the owner and also for a secondary oral fluid test which returned a positive result to methamphetamine.
The remainder of sample was placed in sealed vial and sent away for analysis.
Police questioned her in relation to taking drugs, and Boney admitted she “had ice two days ago.”
She was also cautioned in relation to the ownership of the car, and she told police: “I brought the car in the city, I picked it up in Orange for $900 and I was taking it to my father to check it out.”
For driving with methamphetamine in her system, Boney was convicted, fined $150 and disqualified from driving for four months.
She was also convicted and fined $100 for a never licensed person drive on road relating to an incident on December 11, 2015 Gulargambone.
A further charge, of drive conveyance without the consent of owner was adjourned until January 10, 2017
