On Sunday the St Pat’s women’s league tag outfit that Armstrong coaches will square off with the Blayney Bears in the Group 10 grand final at Wade Park.
While the Saints beat Blayney 20-6 in the first week of finals and were the first to qualify for the decider, earlier this season the Bears upset the defending premier 16-12.
Armstrong’s team has experience on it’s side, but the attacking flair Blayney possesses makes the Bears a threat.
"Blayney can beat anyone on their day. They are a quality side and they are dangerous because they like to throw the ball around, so if it sticks they are very hard to defend against,” Armstrong said. "Blayney will have a lot of confidence and like I said, they like to chance their arm. They will pass the ball around even coming out of their own half.”
