- Forbes to West Wyalong, Newell Hwy* – CLOSED to all vehicles – between Forbes and Mid Western Hwy (closed north of Marsden). Detour via Henry Lawson Way and Mid Western Hwy.
- Please note: The road pavement along Henry Lawson Way (Forbes to Grenfell) has deteriorated significantly due to saturation and the Newell Highway traffic being diverted via this route. Please drive to the conditions and take care.

Council reminds residents that it is not only an offence to drive through a road closed sign but also dangerous as the road pavement condition is not known and there could be logs submerged in the water.
Under no circumstances will Council provide permission to drive through roads that are closed.
