The market helps to maintain the work of the Hill End and Tambaroora Gathering Group and Hill End Family History, and money raised by some of the stalls will benefit the village’s residents and local causes, including the public school.
The Hill End and Tambaroora Gathering Group and Hill End Family History are voluntary non-profit organisations which help people undertaking family history research on their ancestors from the district.
The market, to be held from 9.30am to 4pm in the Royal Hall, will feature a sausage sizzle, handcrafts, trash and treasure, artworks, bric-a-brac, books, jams, seedlings and family history.
Organisers say there is always the opportunity for a bargain, but there will be even more of a chance at this market as some of the stalls will be having a “clearance sale”.
