A report on Dr John Grygiel’s prescribing of chemotherapy to cancer patients, including in Bathurst and Orange, found 28 patients were underdosed from 2006 to 2013 in the Central West.
The report, however, did not establish a connection between the underdosing and the subsequent death of 14 patients treated by Dr Grygiel in Orange and Bathurst.
The hearing at Orange on Wednesday, November 2 will hear evidence from those affected.
Patients or family members who would like to appear before the parliamentary committee can call the secretariat on 9230 3081 or email chemotherapy@parliament.nsw.gov.au.
