All as I can say there will be champagne tennis flowing from all over the courts this Saturday, don't you worry about that.
Club president Brian Dwyer would like to remind all players that this years seniors tournament will be staged at the John Matthews Tennis Complex in Durham street on the October 29-30. Entries close for this tournament on Monday, October 24.
This years tournament under the guidance of head coach and co - ordinator of the event Andrew Mitton, is expected to attract a good number of entries.
Milton and his committee work extremely hard in putting tournaments together, and no doubt will have everything in tip top shape for this tournament.
Can our Eglinton players serve it up to the big guns in this years tournament? I think we can. This year we will have our trump card ready to play.
Well folks there you have the sides for what is going to be a rip- tingling, spine chilling ripper of a summer competition.
Who will take it out, time will tell, but I can guarantee that tennis will be the winner at the biggest little club in the west.
I will leave you with a little poem.
“Roses are red, violets are blue, tennis is the winner through and through.” Good Hitting
