The 44-year-old man was arrested and charged with several offences after police were called to licensed premises on Sunday afternoon.
He had produced a knife and another implement and was threatening other patrons.
He will appear in Bathurst Local Court at a later date.
Fire destroys play equipment
BATHURST police are appealing for wtinesses following a fire at the Kelso Community Centre.
The early-morning blaze has completely destroyed a collection of outdoor play equipment at the centre.
Police and fire brigade were called to the scene around 5.20am on Saturday.
The fire was extinguished without further incident.

Theft on the Mount
A RACEGOER’S weekend took a turn for the worse after they were robbed while camping on Mount Panorama/
Police said a thief entered an unlocked caravan in the Mount Panorama campground and stole an iPad.
Light-fingered lunch guest
A WOMAN was robbed of her keycard after leaving her wallet unattended in a corporate box at Mount Panorama on Saturday.
Police said the woman’s card was used to buy alcohol at a liquor store and groceries at a supermarket within hours of the theft.
