Held earlier this year, the ride attracted 204 participants on 174 motorbikes for a one-day trip to Mudgee.
Ride co-ordinator Rosemary Hancock said similar rides held across Australia raise awareness of depression and suicide prevention.
“It’s amazing how many people it [depression] touches,” she said.
All up, $5189.49 was raised through the Bathurst ride which was then donated to Lifeline Central West.
Funds were raised from donations, a fundraising portal and raffles.
Lifeline’s Stephanie Robinson said the donation will be used to provide ongoing training for the charity’s crisis support workers.
