Daniel James Glover, 34, of Murdoch Place in Kelso, appeared before magistrate Michael Allen on October 10.
He was charged with drive while licence suspended under section 66 of the fines act.
The court heard Glover drove an unregistered Toyota Hilux east on Sydney Road at 10.30pm on September 3.
When stopped by police, Glover produced his driver’s licence, which was endorsed suspended due to fine default.
Glover was issued with an infringement notice for driving an unregistered vehicle, and a court attendance notice for driving while disqualified.
The matter was dealt with by way of a Section 10 (1) (b) conditional discharge, with a six month bond.
