Dennis John Doolan is wanted by police on an outstanding warrant.
The 32-year-old Doolan is the man who sustained a gunshot wound to his lower back in September and was transferred to Orange Base Hospital for treatment.
Deputy Commissioner Geoff McKechnie said at the time: “There were a number of confrontations between this person and police for around 40 minutes.”
The Commissioner told reporters at the time, it was his understanding that the Cowra man was armed on multiple occasions during the pursuit in Jindalee Circuit.
“I understand at one point he was armed with a screwdriver but not at the time he was shot,” he said after the September shooting.
Anyone who knows of Doolan’s whereabouts is asked to call Orange police on 6363 6399 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
