Bathurst bowlers Jacob Mounce-Stephens, Ethan Taylor, Riley Smith, Yasmin Hayes and Michayla Hayes won four of their six matches at the Central West finals in Orange to come away with 66 points.

Taylor had a standout performance in his fifth and final match of the Orange round as he racked up a 200 scratch score, well above his average of 117.
Bathurst coach Wally Price has been thrilled with the progress his juniors have made throughout the under 17s competition.
“I’m very proud of them. It’s great to get together a team who wanted to try it out and they’ve done very well,” he said.
“You can always improve, and these guys have shown that. Now they’re so keen that they want to keep coming down to practice before the finals.”
It’s believed to be the first time in over a decade that a Bathurst side has progressed to the grand finals.
The grand finals will be held on December 4.
